Introduction
The law on Sexual Harassment is governed by the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. It is mandatory for all organizations to protect employees and students from any form of sexual harassment.
Our committee was established in July 2013 and strictly follows POSH regulations to ensure a safe and secure campus environment.
Aim
To create a safe, secure and equitable inclusive campus environment.
Objectives
- To create awareness on Sexual Harassment.
- To deal with complaints of sexual harassment, misconduct, and assault.

Roles and Responsibilities
The committee is responsible for creating awareness, receiving complaints within 90 days, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring timely inquiry and resolution as per the POSH Act.
